The average delivery time is 5–10 business days. Deliveries are handled via DB Schenker’s parcel service, and you will receive a notification when your package is ready for pickup.

How can I track my order?

Once your package leaves our warehouse, you will receive a tracking code by email, allowing you to follow the delivery in DB Schenker’s system.

Can I order products as a gift?

Yes, you can order products to a different address. Simply fill in the delivery details at checkout with the recipient’s information.

Will all items be shipped together?

If your order contains products with different delivery times, the entire order will be shipped together in one package according to the longest delivery time.

Can I change the delivery address after placing an order?

How does the return process work?

Palautus on mahdollinen käyttämättömille, uudenveroisille tuotteille 14 päivän sisällä. Palautuksesta veloitetaan 6,99 € käsittelykulu. Personoiduilla tuotteilla (esim. nimipainatus) ei ole palautusoikeutta.

What happens if I don’t pick up my order?

Noutamatta jätetty tilaus katsotaan palautukseksi. Tällöin toimitus- ja palautuskulut vähennetään palautettavasta summasta (yhteensä 15 €).
